Thank you

Thank you

I want to thank all of the volunteers, donors, and voters who put time, energy, money, and votes into my campaign for Lt. Governor.

It has been a privilege to be a candidate in Vermont. Linda and I had a year of wonderful opportunities to meet with Vermonters who were hopeful and enthusiastic about the future of Vermont. Everyone we met wished us well and wished Vermont well.

While we are disappointed that we lost, we are proud of the campaign we ran. We reached out to all Vermonters across the State. We visited thousands of Vermonters at hundreds of events. We listened as Vermonters talked about the future they envisioned.

Vermont is a very special place and we are all lucky to be here and to live in America where democracy allows us to talk freely about our ideas and win or lose we are able to contribute to the discussion.

I hope the ideas we shared with Vermonters find their way into law in the future and that all Vermonters are able to enjoy an improved quality of life.

Testimonials

avatarI'm thrilled that after years of supporting Dick and me in our efforts to serve Vermont, that Mark is running for Lt. Governor. It is a testament to Mark's work behind the scenes that he is able to launch his campaign with the support of Lola Aiken, Dick Mallary, and Bob Gannett. Governor Snelling always wished that Mark would run for office and I am sure he would be very proud.
